LVP flooring, or luxury vinyl plank is the most common type of flooring. The reason is that it is extremely durable, and cost effective. Many people often confuse laminate and LVP. The biggest difference is that the core of LVP is made from plastic while laminate is wood.

Tile is a manufactured piece of hard wearing material found naturally in the world. Tile is most predominantly installed in areas of high moisture content and rooms that have high traffic.
